PgMP Exam Prep
Information Conferences
These conferences are hold regularly between September and June via Web. They are free (except for your normal calling costs if you cannot use VOIP), you only need to register latest 24 hours before with a valid e-mail and there is no obligation to continue with training.
During the conference, the trainer will go through the requirements and the process to be certified PgMP. He will also explain the training program offered by Marakoudja and Pro 4 Management and answer all questions.
PgMP Boot Camp
This course is for the Program Manager who is preparing the PgMP® certification from PMI. The training is a 3 days boot camp. It also includes an assistance to fill in the PMI application and the MRA (Multi-Rater Assessment).
The course content includes general tips for taking the exam and the following 6 modules:
- Defining the program
- Initiating the program
- Planning the program
- Executing the program
- Monitoring the program
- Closing the program
For each module, exam tips and sample of questions are provided. The training concludes with a review of the whole process (application, exam and MRA).
Trainer
The course is given either by Marc Burlereaux, MSC, PMP, PgMP.
Marc, who is a Project, Program, and Portfolio Management Consultant, has 23 years of experience in the banking industry in the field of Project and Program Management. Marc’s work experience includes 15 years in systems migration & business process management, 20 years of people management and 10 years of managing off-shore outsourcing. Marc is also the founder of Pro 4 management.
